Order of Consular Emissaries

The Order of Consular Emissaries was formed by members of the Consular Chamber of Commerce to recognize and organize individuals who independently assist honorary consuls around the world.

Consular Emissaries are simply individuals trusted by honorary consuls to carry out sensitive tasks on behalf of the honorary consul.  The title is granted by member consuls of the Consular Chamber of Commerce, to publicly recognize the Emissary’s trustworthiness, willingness to assist, and dedication to business diplomacy and good willl.

Consular emissaries are private individuals who electively accept missions from honorary consuls, in accordance with Vienna Conventions on Consular Relations.
